The Freight Broker-Operations CSR associate who works with the White Star Logistics team will be responsible for a variety of duties including but not limited to:

Load entering, tracking loads, scanning / documenting, consistently communicating with the customers and vendors, scheduling the delivery and pick-up appointments, dispatching the loads, and tracking the movement of the product from pick-up to delivery. The person in this role is responsible for data entry into the company’s Transportation Management System and timely email communication. This associate may also be assigned to Operations projects as required.

This office location is in Hamilton, NJ, and will report directly to a Team Lead. This person needs to have strong attention to detail and follow-through, be highly responsive, and have a professional demeanor.
